Our favourite Italian crostini, easy to prepare and full of flavours

Ingredients

4 slices of bread

12 slices of bresaola
-
4 table spoons of Tuscan olive oil

40 grams of Moulins Mahjoub organic wild mountain capers
-
50 grams of aged Parmigiano Reggiano cheese

Juice of half a lemon

A pinch of salt and pepper
Directions
Toasted the 4 slices of bread
Wash the capers to remove the salt
Place the bresaola on the toasted bread
Add the capers, lemon juice, and thin cuts of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
Drizzle some Tuscan Italian olive oil to finish
