The secret to an excellent jam and marmalade is always exceptional fruit. Working with Moulins Mahjoub in Tebourba, Tunisia, we have selected wholly natural and hand-made products, containing only fruit and sugar, no artificial ingredients, preservatives or additives. The aim is to capture the pure taste of the Mediterranean fruits at the peak of their maturity. You will find chunky pieces of fruit, typical of an artisanal product, made with love and passion for friends and family.
