Ingredients

4 tbsp organic Moulins Mahjoub artichoke leaves in extra virgin

2 tsp pine nuts

4 tbsp of white vegan or traditional soft cheese

4 slices of bread

2 tsp Moulins Mahjoub organic early harvest chetoui extra virgin olive oil

1 small bunch of dill
Directions
Slice the bread vertically and toast it until brown and crunchy
Cut the dill into small pieces
Spread the cheese on the bread
In a small pan, heat the pine nuts for a few minutes until brown
Add the artichoke leaves on the cheese
Finish with a drizzle of dill and pine nuts
