Moulins Mahjoub Organic Bitter Orange Marmalade 265g

The organic bitter orange marmalade (Great Taste Star Winner 2018) by Moulins Mahjoub is made from the Sevilla variety of orange, whose flowers are highly prized around the world for their delicate fragrance and often distilled to produce orange flower water. The oranges in this product grow from flowers mistakenly missed during an early harvest for the flower water. We recommend the bitter orange marmalade with toasts, scones and fromage frais.

Les Moulins Mahjoub is a producer of natural Southern Mediterranean fine foods based in Tebourba, in the North of Tunisia. The mild weather conditions, and abundant water supply from the nearby Medjerda river have enabled les Moulins Mahjoub to grow a large variety of fruit and vegetables of exceptional quality and to control every step of their food production process. In order to reach the optimal taste, the oranges are picked at the peak of their taste and transported to the nearby kitchen to be transformed into a delicious marmalade.
